These terms apply when you browse 100K Jobs, create a profile, submit a hiring brief, save a job or use our tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy notice.

Career information, not a guarantee

Job, salary, tax and career information is provided for research and decision support. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration or employment advice. Compensation and eligibility can change; confirm the current terms directly with the employer before acting.

Job listings and third-party services

Listings originate from employers or their public recruiting systems. We verify defined signals, but we do not employ candidates on their behalf, control their hiring process or guarantee that a role remains open. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your account and submissions

You must provide accurate information, keep secure access links private and use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of information you submit and give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the requested service. Candidate identities remain private unless the candidate separately agrees to an introduction.

Employer obligations

Employers must have authority to submit a role and must provide accurate compensation, geography, status and application details. We may review, reject, correct, suspend or remove a listing that is misleading, discriminatory, expired, unsafe or below the relevant threshold.

Payments

Any price, billing interval, renewal rule and refund condition shown at checkout forms part of the purchase. A reservation marked “no charge” is not a completed purchase and grants no paid entitlement. Payment processing may be provided by a third party under its own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, probe its security, submit malware or spam, impersonate another person, harvest candidate data, bypass access controls or use information to discriminate unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.

Intellectual property

The 100K Jobs brand, product design, original copy, software and compilations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Employer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify source listings.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a listing, an external site or a hiring decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product or law changes and will revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions or formal notices can be sent through our contact form.
