100K Jobs uses data minimisation to operate compensation tools, private talent profiles and employer hiring briefs. Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you explicitly save or submit a result.

Candidate profiles

We may store the contact address, market, role, seniority, work model and compensation targets you submit. A private profile is not a public CV. We do not disclose your identity, contact details or current employer to a prospective employer without a separate affirmative introduction decision.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to provide the requested service, improve career recommendations, measure product demand and identify relevant opportunities. Employers may pay the platform for listings, access or introductions; they do not purchase your personal details.

Retention and control

Profile and lead responses are retained for at most 24 months unless an active paid service requires longer or you request deletion sooner. Use any profile form with “remove my data” as the role to start a verified removal request.

Measurement

The site uses cookieless, first-party measurement from IvoryBrain and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
